Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Refund / Withdrawal: Subject to any deductions that we may make or are entitled to make, you have the option to request a withdrawal of the remaining balance in your PayungLah Wallet, in accordance with our prevailing refund / withdrawal policy. It is important to note that a minimum withdrawal amount may apply.


Please be aware that if you have any ongoing rentals, unreturned amenities, pending charges, or ongoing investigations, you will not be able to initiate a withdrawal of your PayungLah Wallet balance until such matters are resolved.


Amenity Return: You are required to return the borrowed amenity in accordance with the specific return instructions displayed on the Platforms at the point of rental and during usage.


Such instructions may include, but are not limited to:

  • the designated return location;
  • the permitted usage duration; and
  • any applicable return conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that such return instructions may vary depending on the type of amenity, machine, service model, or location.


Failure to comply with the applicable return instructions may result in:

  • forfeiture of deposit; and / or
  • additional charges, including but not limited to recovery, repair, replacement, administrative, or other applicable costs.

If an amenity is not returned, is lost, damaged, misused, or otherwise cannot be recovered in accordance with the applicable return instructions, PayungLah reserves the right to deduct the applicable charges from your PayungLah Wallet and / or deposit, or otherwise recover such charges from you.


Withdrawal Process: You may choose to withdraw the remaining balance in your PayungLah Wallet via Bank Transfer. After submitting your withdrawal request from your PayungLah Wallet, you will be prompted to provide the beneficiary's full name, bank name, bank account number, and the withdrawal amount.


Please ensure that the bank account provided is a local Malaysian bank account and that all details submitted are accurate and complete. The withdrawal process will typically take approximately 5–7 working days to complete.


Alternative Withdrawal Method: In cases where you do not have a Malaysian bank account, we may offer an alternative withdrawal method, such as TnG eWallet, subject to our review and approval on a case-by-case basis. Such withdrawals may also take approximately 5–7 working days to process.
