Refund/Withdrawal Policy

Refund/Withdrawal: Subject to any deductions that we may make or are entitled to make, you have the option to request a withdrawal of the remaining balance in your PayungLah Wallet, in accordance with our prevailing refund/withdrawal policy. It is important to note that there is a minimum withdrawal amount that applies. Please be aware that if you have any ongoing rentals, you cannot initiate a withdrawal of your PayungLah Wallet balance until those rentals are completed.

Umbrella Return: Kindly return the borrowed umbrella within 5 days of the initial rental. If the umbrella is not returned within this timeframe, the full umbrella price will be deducted from your PayungLah Wallet, and the umbrella will be considered as sold to you and is yours to keep.

Withdrawal Process: You may choose to withdraw the remaining balance via Bank Transfer. After submitting your withdrawal request from your PayungLah Wallet, you will be prompted to provide the beneficiary's full name, bank name, bank account number, and the withdrawal amount. Please ensure that the bank account is a local Malaysian bank, and that all details provided are accurate. The withdrawal process will take approximately 5-7 working days to complete.

Alternative Withdrawal Method: In cases where you do not have a Malaysian bank account, we may offer an alternative withdrawal method via TnG e-wallet. This option is subject to a case-by-case assessment and may also take 5-7 working days to process.
